Midnimo Foundation

Midnimo Foundation is non-profit, non-political organization founded in the year 2023 by a group of Somali intellectuals at the internal of the country in order to take action on the humanitarian need of the vulnerable Somali community as far as they can.The Organization has its head office in Abudwak District of the Galgudud Region- Somalia

Sustainable Development

After going through series of internal conflicts, the development agenda of the
Regions (& Somalia as a whole) has been negatively affected and Sustainable development
initiative therefore necessary per-conditions for the society to thriving.

Educational & Capacity building training

“Learning & Capacity Building Training” offers programs designed to improve knowledge, skills, and abilities in a specific field. These trainings aim to improve individual or organizational performance by fostering learning and development, allowing participants to apply new ideas and skills effectively in real-world situations.

WASH Promotion activities

Sanitation (Water, Sanitation, and Sanitation) aims to promote sanitation and improve public health by encouraging the use of clean water, proper hygiene, and hygienic practices.

Peace building & conflict resolution

Peacemaking and Conflict Resolution provides young people with methods and strategies for conflict resolution, fostering dialogue, and promoting long-term peace in communities or regions affected by conflict.

Basic health care & Awareness

Basic Health Care & Awareness focuses on providing essential medical services and educating communities about preventive health measures. This includes access to primary healthcare services, vaccinations, treatment of common illnesses, maternal and child health, and first aid.

Environmental protection

In environmental protection we make efforts to conserve natural resources, reduce pollution, and promote sustainable practices to protect ecosystems and biodiversity. These plans aim to prevent environmental degradation by addressing issues such as deforestation, water and air pollution, waste management, and climate change.

Empowering IDP’s women and people with disabilities

Empowering IDPs (Internally Displaced People) women and people with disabilities we help them with tools, skills, and opportunities to improve themselves, and participate in society. This includes vocational training, education, access to health care, and advocacy for legal rights.

Caring an orphan children

Orphanage provides emotional, physical, and educational support to orphaned children. This care includes ensuring that their basic needs such as food, shelter, and health care are met, along with providing them with a safe and healthy environment for growth.
